Daughter claiming rights on Parents property after an improper marriag

My hindu daughter has ran away from home and got married to a converted Christine guy. We had a strong belief that he has got her only for our money and her earnings. As suspected, now he has made her to file a complaint against us to get her educational certificates and her property share. We have spent a lot for her studies. Should we give her the certificates? Can we save our property going to wrong hands? I have a son. Can I save my properties only to my son?

Your daughter got married against the will of her parents. She cannot claim money or property from her parents. Regarding certificates, you are bound to return it to her for her own future. Other than this, your daughter will be on her own
