Cruelty and Desertion by my husband

My husband moved to Canada 2 mnths back after which he clearly stated to me that he s nt interested in having any child with me as earlier he used to say and that he does not want me to keep with him till min 15years.If I accept his conditions then when he returns to India aftr 15yrs he will accept me else am free to go and he has blocked my every possible way to contact him.Marriage is as per Hindu Law.

Yes, madam if you want your spouse then you have a option to file a case against him for restitution of conjugal rights. The Court will summon him for the answer. You will entitle maintenance also. You are required personal consultation. Kindly contact for Further information.
