What eligibility basis or evidences required file for CRPC 227 .When to file for case under CRPC 227
if a case is filed against you in nay court of law and that if u have strong case with proper evidence wherein you can prove that there is no case made out agianst you then you can file 227 crpc i.e. discharge application and upon hearing you can be discharged out of the said case

Section 227 of Cr.P.C provides that if, upon consideration of the record of the case and the documents submitted therewith, and after
hearing the submissions of the accused and the prosecution in this
behalf, the judge considers that there is no sufficient ground for
proceeding against the accused, he shall discharge the accused and
record his reasons for so doing. Discharge can be ordered only after considering averment in charge-sheet and the relevant case-law.
