Hello,
My wife filled dv and Crpc maintenance 125 together and now they running in same court together.
My question is can i do something to stop any of the cases or i have to defend both the cases even though they provide same thing?
Can i stop anyone case proceeding?
No you can't stop the proceedings. However you can defend both the litigations. In a 125 petition she has claimed maintenance however DV Complaint she can sought other reliefs also like return of her articles,restraint order

hello client as i can read ur issue . your wife have filled the 2 cases together one of d v case and other 125 crpc in this matter you want to stop one case. either of them in my openion both the cases can be stopped inn he manner tht both the cases can be crushed down and both the cases can ger fail if we can retaliate in the same manner. through the help of higher authorities.

You need to defend both the cases separately. Both cases are different. You cannot stop any case proceedings. You need to defend as per law. You can reach to Advocate and he/she will guide how they can defend you and how your case can be convert in your favour.
