Court Marriage with foreigner in India

I am seeking help for getting court marriage with a foreigner.
I am an Indian Citizen and girl is foreginer and holder of Overseas Citizen of India Card.
Could you please assist what is the procedure for the same.
There are many details missing in your question.
Which state.? (Yes A few states have online procedure and a few offline), Does she has an aadhar card(Yes she is eligible if she is staying for more than 183 days) .?, She is single as in Never married or Previously married(like Widow/Divorcee) .? , Religion.. the list goes on and on... .
I can say for Telangana, the entire procedure is done online but I'm not sure about the Foreign Nationals, if they are are asking for NOC from her embassy or not. I have to check it up. Don't worry, I got you
As every State procedure differs to some extent. I suggest you to visit the nearest SRO office of your locality, there you can get the details easily. The agents outside the office knows more about the procedure than the people inside the office.

hi,sure indian citizen means from whic country hyderabad or anywhere else ,there is a provision in law that you can marry through court marriage ,first registration and after 30 days of registration you can marry her as per law and you will receive a court marriage certificate.
