11-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
Hello sir/ma'amWe both are majors, from two different Telugu states & Caste is different. nnAfter she convey to her parents about our relationship there is no communication Between us. nnThere is no problem from our side if she is willing to come my parents are ready to accept. nnnMy question here is how can I legally proceed, she is willing to come. They have some contacts in their local police station so i don't have trust (because similar thing happened in her brother issue). If i proceed legally... Does she have any threat before reaching me?? As we both have treated initially but we want to live together. nnPlease need you valuable suggestionThanks in advance

Dear sir, When both of you are majors, then with the consent of each other you can marry and get your marriage registered before the registrar of marriages. After getting your marriage done, you can approach the concerned police in the area you want to live and seek police protection. If the police do not extend their help, then you can approach human rights commission or the Hon'ble High Court for necessary help. For further details please contact me. Regards, Venkat Raghu Ramulu Advocate High Court of Telangana
