Court Mandated Visitation Rights of Elderly Parent
06-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
Family dispute - forceful visitation restriction by own sibling against elderly mother (85+). Require guidance on mandating scheduled calls and visits through legal notice, for the purpose of her mental well-being.
your own sibling does not have any right to provide restriction on visitation against elderly mother. This is against the provision of law as she is your mother and you have the right to visit her

legal notice is a secondary option in this regard if you inform the jurisdiction of your mothers residence alongwith police station within 7-10 days relief can be sought, and the other sibling will be under pressure then also if the sibling doesnt break the doors of the court is open which will take atleast 3 to 4 months to get a specific order
