Hello,
The cost depends from State to State and also upon the valuation of the property. Generally we pay the highest court fees in West Bengal to avoid further hassle. The process usually takes around a year. Let me know if you need further help.

If you are looking for an Affidavit from the First-Class Magistrate Court, it will cost you Rs. 1200/- (Rupees Twelve Hundred) only.
You are not required to come to court or anything. You will have to provide me the documents over WhatsApp along with the advance. Once it's done, You can collect it from our office. This will take a maximum of 2-3 days.
