Contempt Process In District Court

Charge sheet filed against accused in 498a and other sections. Accused filed the surrender application in court with Affidavit and stated that he will not leave the country but he left the country without taking bail. How to initiate the contempt processing on false affidavit and how to bring him back to India. Please suggest.

The matter belongs to which district, if the accused has left the country, then whatever bail application he has filed, the court has now put an application there with the magistrate, adding the cancellation of bail, that if he surrenders then one of the bail cancellations put in the application of court

You will have to file an application before court concerned for the same and the court will do the needful. If the accused peeson has violated the norms and conditions of bail he will be punished for his act. All the best.
