consultation on the minor child visitation rights for the parent

we have applied for the child visitation rights in chennai and stil pending for past 1 year , need guidance on this issue and in detail the issues would be given on call , we have the documents filed papers with us and can share the same if required.party is from UK and i am sruthi ( friend) of the party handing the issues from india .kindly assign a knowledgeable lawyer

Child visitation has become a kind of statutory right of the aggrieved party. I cannot comment on the pendency of the said case. However, genuine efforts must be put to avoid further delay and through displaying genuine longing for visitation of the child by your friend.
