Can conjugal right section 9 helps to solve in laws family issue nd if wife is thrown by inlaws.i am related to hindu family and married also from hindu customs phere.

Yes petition u/s 9 of HMA is effective, but if wife seeking saprate accommodation in her matrimonial home then she can file complaint of Domestic violence act, in this complaint court ll protect the aggrived from domestic violence as well as appoint a protection office ie SHO or CDPO of the area
