Confusion regarding maintenance recovery

Sir, We have taken mutual divorce consent first movement. According petition he is agree to give me monthly maintenance. But I am conscious that after some month/year if he has denied or say that I am jobless or if he settled in abroad than how I can recover monthly maintenance.
