Complaint against husband and in laws for harassment

Husband is very abusive. When we tried to call his family they are not receiving the phone calls. And my brother marriage has been fixed currently, So is it the right time to lodge the complaint against them.
Hello....On what basis your husband is making you hell. Any dowry issue, or property issue or family issue..As you said that your brothers marriage is fixed, the right time to fight back is your choice..Pl contact if u want further advice

you can file dV case against husband and in law under provisions of DV act .
Based on the harassment you can file the complaint.
Legally no issues for lodge the complaint against your husband.u said ur brother marriage fixed so wait few more days otherwise ur sister in law family will think negatively ( my personal opinion).legally no issues . Write your complaint very carefully because this complaint related to your family issues. I hope you can understand my point....
