complain in caw against me by wife and calling me in women cell delhi

My wife filed a complain in caw delhi and i recieved a notice for coming to caw but As my mother diagnosed with third stage cancer last month and i brought her to mumbai for treatment i sent all reports of my mother as i am the only person who is taking care of her during treatment and requested that i cannot come till decemeber as chemo is going on and she is in terrible state. so today i got call from police askin me to come after few days and i denied as i cant leave my mother in dis crucial state . so pls help what action should i take now and whay police can as i denied for going there.

Your wife perhaps filed a complaint under section 498 A of IPC and as you did not go for counselling sessions at woman complaint redressal forum at Delhi, the police might have filed FIR against you under section 498 A IPC. You will have to cooperate police in investigation
