Co-sister's family is harassing me at workplace

My Brother-in-law ran away from his own apartment due to the mental torture by his wife and her family. To avoid the shame, they filed an FIR against my brother-in-law and family after 1 year of him staying away from her and when they got to know that he is going to file a divorce, stating he ran away with her gold and also the family did domestic harassment. And they are now misusing this FIR and filing anonymous complaints in our job place to threaten us and get us fired. what should we do?

1. your brother in law has to take proper defence against the FIR filed by his wife. 2. your brother has to show the evidence before the police authorities that due to the harassment given by the wife. 3. you have to file the case for quashing.

Dear Sir, Immediately, approach High Court by filing quashing petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C and get a stay order on such investigation. Ask your brother-in-law to file divorce case immediately and contest the same. Ultimately you will get quashing order. Take this services of senior advocate to get the positive orders.
