Clarification on procedure for registration of court marriage

I got married through ARYA SAMAJ RITUALS. But while registering with the court it is said that both the parents are to be present as witness while registering in tehsil. How can i register with the court without parents consent. Is it necessary to register though I have ARYA SAMAJ CERTIFICATE.
If both parties are hindu and married at arya samaj mandir then marriage is legal. Both the parties should be of marriageable age I.e. boy 21 and girl 18. You can. Know you can register your marriage with registrar of marriage of your district. Two witness are required. Its not necessary that witnessess should be parents of the married couple.

Even though you have certificate from Arya Samaj regarding your marriage,the marriage must be registered with Registrar of Marriage and in the certificate issued for marriage ,date of your marriage as given in Arya Samaj certificate will be mentioned and date of registration of marriage will be mentioned .The presence of husband and wife along with documents of their identity ,residence proof etc and witnesess are required .The presence of parents is not necessary .

After the Arya Samaj Marriage, you can file an application before the marriage officer/ SDM, where the marriage was taking place. Only two witnesses are necessary who attended the marriage one of them must be income tax payee. Parents are not necessary to register the marriage.

The marriage can be registered by the Registrar of Marriage with the parties and two witnesses. The witnesses need not be parents. If you have the certificate given by the Arya Samaj then that is enough proof to get you marriage registered in Court.
