Q: Procedure to disown children from property

I have my son due to his illicit and bad behaviour. Still he forceably lives in my rented house and misbehaves me. Also he takes advantage of his mother who favours him. Further, he also creates hurdles in my daughter's study. Please suggest how to get rid of him.

Q: Clarification on procedure for registration of court marriage

I got married through ARYA SAMAJ RITUALS. But while registering with the court it is said that both the parents are to be present as witness while registering in tehsil. How can i register with the court without parents consent. Is it necessary to register though I have ARYA SAMAJ CERTIFICATE.

Madam,After the Arya Samaj Marriage, you can file an application before the marriage officer/ SDM, where the marriage was taking place. Only two witnesses are necessary who attended the marriage one of them must be income tax payee. Parents are not necessary to register the marriage.S.K.Badhwar ,Advocate

Q: How to tackle demolition notice by DDA

I got a demolition notice of on-going construction house/ building by DDA. I got notice today and the demolition date is of tomorrow. What should i do? . Is there some way to prevent it? Or stop this?

Sir,At this stage, you can file an injunction suit in the competent court of law., if your construction is legal. The Hon'ble court can prevent the authorities to demolish. But it should be file immediately along with the urgent application. Sir,You should file a cancellation of sale deed which your brother sold to the tenant. You can also file a suit for partition of all the properties left by your father against all the legal heirs. After it you can claim your share in the properties left by your father.S.K.Badhwar

Q: How to get out of cheque bounce case

Case is on me but amount was taken by my husband... Cheques are signed by me under huge pressure that my son n mother will b killed by my husband. Mediation was signed by me and husband bt lawyer informed about amount of settlement much later... I kept quiet coz i was pressurised to keep silent... I hv date on25 july for bail my husband is not supporting me for bail amount whatever i had was looted by my husband much earlier my mom is a widow she too lost her fds n jwellery to him. M stuck now what if judge puts me behind bars... kindly help i have nowhere to go
