claiming money from the property of father

My mother died then my father did second marriage than when my grand father died i am in the custody of my mother s father .now all my property transferred on my father . Can i claim in court for that me and my brother studying at that time and my father refuse to allowance .

आपका प्रश्न पूरी तरह स्पष्ट नहीं है किन्तु फिर भी यदि सम्पत्ति पैतृक है और आप एवं आपका भाई बालिग (18 वर्ष से अधिक) हैं, तो आप विधि अनुसार उस पैतृक सम्पत्ति में से अपना-अपना हिस्सा प्राप्त करने के हकदार हैं ।

If u r above 18 yrs of age u can not claim for any maintenance below 18 yrs can claim for maintenance. As far division of property is concerned than u have to file a partition suite in ur local court. Contact for detailed information.

Hello, ofcourse u file a suit of declaration of ur property and show the proof of second marriage of ur father. If ur father sell any property u submit an application as a custodian of ur property in registry office. But first file a suit in civil court.
