Claiming amount of loan from son

My father took
education loan for my brother few years back.He repaid the complete loan, while my brother didn't pay a single installment, even after getting the job.
Now my father is in need of money, can he claim the amount of installments of that loan from my brother?
your father took education loan for your brother few years back now your father repair them all complete loan now your brother got a job bur he is not helping your father in terms of money when he is need

Dear Sir.. If there is some contract between your father and brother, then your father can claim the amount of money from your brother. But in absence of any contract still your father can ask for money. Please contact us for the detailed discussions.

Your father was the person who took the education loan and if he paid the entire dues the only remedy to claim the amount by filing civil suit.
You can contact a civil lawyer at your district and may file a civil suit against his son.
