Well of course, you can get a new lawyer, you can appoint me, considering, my Office is in CST, I chiefly practice in Bombay High Court, in Lower Courts in & around Mumbai, Pune, etc. I am competent to handle your case and to get you the desired reliefs.

Due diligence is one of the very necessary components in the profession. If you and you case is being neglected then you should browse for other Advocates. It would be better if you find an Advocate in fort area itself as it will be accessible for your Lawyer to go to the courts and carry out the adjudication of the matter

If your lawyer is unresponsive and not filing your case, it's better to hire a new lawyer. Filing is not done via the City Civil Court site but through a separate online e-filing portal. You should engage a lawyer who regularly practices before the city civil court.

Firstly the website is working perfectly. But due to vacation in court the filing department is not entertaining filing section currently. However if you push them filing is done from 11 am to 2 pm only.

Thank you for reaching out. I have understood your concern. Legal matters require careful consideration of facts and relevant laws. Providing accurate guidance depends on understanding the complete details of the issue, which is best done through a focused and professional discussion. Each case is unique and may involve aspects that need legal clarity, whether it relates to civil, criminal, property, or family matters. General discussions may not be sufficient to provide the appropriate legal direction. Hence, a proper consultation is the right way forward if you are looking for clarity and guidance based on law. If you are interested in a professional consultation, you may proceed to book an appointment. During the consultation, we can discuss your issue in detail and consider the way ahead in a structured and legally sound manner. Thank you once again for getting in touch. I look forward to helping you move forward with clarity and confidence. – Adv. Sushant Vichare Legal Consultant & Advocate
