Child Meet Up after Mutual Consent Divorce

Hi,
My wife want a mutual consent divorce , she is not with me from last 9 months. Now she want divorce and also doesn't want me to meet with 3 years old daughter. and anythingg about meeting daughter she will not put in paper however it will be her choice only to let me meet or not.
Now I have only one simple Question?
Thant if i agreed for mutual consent divorce according to her than Is there any chance for me to case on her about child meeting?
please tell me all the points , i am very confused.
