Me jb 17 saal ka tha tab meri shaadi ek 22,23 saal ki ladki k saath bina mere mann chahi ldki k saath ho gayi 2014 me .mere situation nahin Sahi thi .me samjh nahin paaya tha aur shaadi kar Liya tha .me iss shadi se nhi khush hun , meri aur mere spouse se kabhi baat nhi Hui aaj Tak aur na koi sambandh tha kbi .me iss shaadi se alag Hona Chahta Hun apni new zindgi ki shuruaat Karna Chahta hoo . Lekin mujhe mental pressure aur dhmki milta hai In laws ki taraf se .me ab chahta hoon new start Kru shaadi Karu .. kya kanun mujhe adikar dega dusri shaadi krne k liye kyukii pichli shaadi Meri registered aur na hi koi Sahi rituals k saath hui hain me naabilk tha toh iss shaadi ka koyi value h laws k Nazar me? .. pls answer dijie

First Declare your previous marriage null and void under section 10 of hindu marriage act because as per act you were not major and do not qualify to get married once your previous marriage is declared null and void then you are free man to marry another girl of your choice please be noted you do not have to pay single penny to your wife if marriage is dissolved and declared null and void once its null you can legally marry another girl
