Change of name after marriage on legal documents

Hello... My name on marriage certificate is changed and my husband's surname is added. It was shilpa sharad pednekar and now it is shilpa amit mane. What if i do not want to change my surname on other documents like aadhar card pan card. I want to retain my name as Shilpa Sharad Pednekar only on documents
