cases against family members of law house

HI - I am facing domestic , mental torture from law house only my husband is supporting. Members include mother in law, 2 brother in law and their wife, 2nd brother in laws -they are residign separelty still they interfere in my family. I and my husband are working. In our absence they are plannin and they are trying to make conspiracy to throw out us from my house.Last year we live 6 month outside home.This is my 3rd year of marriage. This sunday my parents come to meet me and my husabnd , my mother in law called his 2 sons and created scene and they threaten to empty the house within 5 minute. Our house is registered in my husband name.They are planning to occupy our house.I ahev all receordign how my mother in law abusing me. Please advise us how to deal with this situation .as my parents and i want to file cases against them.
