Can the case be filed after signing on mutual divorce papers

My husband has sent divorce papers on mutual consent basis, and he wants me to sign them and after that collect all my jwellery, belongings. My question is should i sign those papers and collect my belongings? And after signing those papers can i file any case against him?

Hello querist No ma'am you can not file any case against your husband as you are taking divorce with mutual consent. If in mutual consent petition husband had mentioned all the clauses than you won't be able to file any case again him. As this would come negative.

U can also file case against your husband without singing divorce paper and also get your belongings and maintenance also. U can file case under section 498a and under section 125 and for domestic violence act also.

No, you can not make any case because this is a type of contract and you sign it with your consent, so you can not make a case because you sign it after reading all the terms in which you have written in papers If you want to make a case you can do it before signing it for example under section 125 for Maintenance and under section 12 Domestic violence for including not only physical violence, but also other forms of violence such as emotional/verbal, sexual, and economic abuse.
