If the boy from gujarat and the girl from delhi so they can do marriage under special marriage act in gujarat?
Yes dear u can register ur mrg in Gujarat and dear if both are coming from same religion than u can register ur mrg under hindu mrg act and if both from different religious than u have to register mrg under special mrg.

A boy from Gujarat and a girl from Delhi can marry in Gujarat. There is no such restriction that from two different States, parties have to perform marriage in Special Marriage Act. In case of specific conditions, Special Marriage Act applies. If two persons are Hindu then they can perform marriage as per Hindu rituals and register the marriage.
