can my indian parents fire a police report and bring me back forcefully if I move out at 18. im 18, female. one of my friends told me parents can actually force me to live with them till I'm 21 or financially stable, is this true.

yes can they can file the police against but if you give a statement that you are above 18 and on your own. They cannot force you to live together it is better live with them. for more detail and legal help contact adv Ranjeet sonker

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you are 18 as said in your query and financial sound and want to live alone you can but why and for what reasons you don't want to be with your family that reasons should be authentic and answerable if court asks for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

app ek female hai agar aapki age 18+ho gayi hai to koi problem nahi hai app apne marji se jeevan ji sakte hai article 19,21, read know jyada jankari ke liye app muje call kr sakte hai ya app mere karyalay pr akar apne samasya ka samadhan kra sakte hai
