Can I take the custody of my sister's child after the couple's death

My sister had her marrige on 6 june 2014 and after 8 month of her marriage her husband got sudden death and after death she always in tension...and after her husband death she she commit suicide when she have a baby of 1 year and 4 month ....her father i law have no any son so we want to the custody of her baby...please suggest me the legal prosedure
You can legally adopt that child. Once that child is adopted he/she will treated as your own child and he/she will be entitled to share in property in future. Adopted child will be deemed as if it is your own child.

In that case u have not need to take custody just adopted the child according to the procedure of adoption otherwise apply to family court for custody of child in 26 HMA act there is two options .....
