Can I take in written from wife that she will not leave home again.

02-Sep-2023 (In Family Law)
Wife left home without any valid reason and lived separated for six months. Now she wants to come back. I and my family members never bother her. We both are working. But she was not ready to share home with my parents. She left home, she thought I will leave my parents and follow her. But I didn't. Now she is coming back. Can I take in written that "she has not any problems from me or my parents. I left home without any valid reason. Plz give me suggestions. I need it most.

You have multiple options with you. you may make have a written agreement notarized mentioning their in the terms you both parties agreed upon. This will have a mental pressure to abide by the conditions while leading matrimonial life. You have other options too, you may contact in my office ours.

You can do one thing, if now she is ready to cohabit with you without having any objection and willing to start new life with you then don't go with huge litigation papers but you can make one Memorandum of Understanding between both of you signed by family members of both as witness.
