Can I marry Filipino woman whos Separated ?

I want to marry my Filipino life partner, but how can I do that? She was married in 2018, and maybe after two years they got Separated. nin the Philippines, divorce is not allowed as per law. nshe can't afford a lawyer even if she did that processing time is 2 years minimum nhow can I get married with her in a valid way in India

Well, Philippines is the only country, aside from the Vatican, that outlaws absolute divorce. The Catholic hierarchy grants canonical dissolution of marriage while all other Catholic countries recognize absolute divorce in varying degrees of liberality. However, if your GF renounce her Filipino Citizenship and apply to seek Indian Citizenship, then your way of marrying with her can get clear.

Hello, if she is not divorced in her native country then she should apply for the same and it is also a question whether she wants to obtain Indian citizenship or not, if she marries you as an Indian citizen then she can become Hindu by virtue and conduct and becomes citizen then you can register your marriage under special marriage Act and can obtain certificate under law.
