Can I marry an already married woman if her husband lives with another

I am belong to hindu religion and I want to do merriage with married women. She is also my relative and her husband is living with an other woman but we have no proof of their lives in relationships. Please suggest how I can do the rigsterd merriage.
Sir, your marriage with that women is not possible as she have to divorce his husband first then you can remarry, without that remarriage would be invalid.
While divorcing she can claim for maintenance also.

Firstly the woman whom you want to marry must take divorce decree from concern court then she got right to marry her. For that there are two ways of taking divorce one is by mutual agreement of both the parties of another one is to file a divorce petition against her husband.
