You can file complaint against him before police officer in your area and you may also approach to court through lawyer to file complaint regerding your issue. Or may discuss this issue with your family members and try to short it out

Q: How to marry if family does not agree with the marriage

Sir I am 23 years old and loves a girl of 14 years and she loves me as well. I want to marry her when she becomes 18 years old but the girl think that when she will tell this issue to her family, her family will not ready for this relationship at any costs due to social obligation. She told me to elope but I don't want to do so. What should I do now? we are Hindu and of different castes. I am Brahmin and she is Baniya.

You cannot marry her till she attend the age of 18 years. Wait till that age and after she become major both of you can marriage each other. You may apply before the marriage registar or you can marriage according to Hindu religion.

Q: An FIR has been filed can i apply for VDO post

Sir can I apply for v.d.o post if I have f.i.r against me....And case is pending in Court....

yes you can apply for the post. But you may require to file a affidavit in which you mention the details of pending cases and FIR against you. you to state the truth in that affidavit and if you are convicted in future then you will be terminated from your job.

Q: Remedy as previous company not giving the experience letter

My Company is not giving me the Experience letter but I have worked there more than 1Year. I am changing my Job to some other office for the better opportunities. And in the new company I need to show my experience letter and as my previous company is not providing me the Experience letter what should I do.

Did you have a appointment letter of your past company. Did you give a notice to your past company that you are leaving your job in a month of define time. If you have both the things you may file your complaint before Labour Commissioner against your past company.

Q: Insurance rejected by religare for a clerical mistake done by hospital

My father had undergone a heart surgery, and he was covered under insurance by religare. While admission in hospital a junior doctor mentioned in the notes that patient was smoker, However he is not a smoker, i also have this in written from hospital in their letter head that it was a clerical mistake. However my insurance provider is not ready to understand the fact that patient was not a smoker and they have rejected the claim stating patient is smoker. Can this be taken to the court?

yes you may approach to the Consumer Forum against this issue or this matter is related to the insurance you may approach to the Permanent Lok Adalat established in your District. Before that there is a blood test related to the smoking kindly done it by approved path lab and attached that test report along with your complaint.
