Can i marry a girl if my age in real is more than it is in docs.

I am an 20 yrs old boy but having id of 18 yrs now and I love a girl of 21 and want to marry her but girl's family is forcing her to marry with someone else then if i bring her to my home as a bride then is there any illegacy?
भारतीय कानून के अनुसार यदि लड़के की उम्र 21 वर्ष और लञकी की उम्र 18 वर्ष की है, तो कानूनन वह दोनों अपनी मर्जी से विवाह करने के लिए स्वतंत्र है।
लेकिन जैसा कि आपने बताया कि दस्तावेजों के अनुसार अभी आपकी उम्र 18 वर्ष ही है, तो मेरा मानना है कि आप अभी अपनी मर्जी से विवाह करने योग्य नहीं हैं ।
अभी अपनी मर्जी से विवाह करने पर आप दोनों ही कानूनी पचड़ो में फस सकते हैं।
लेकिन जैसा कि आपने बताया कि दस्तावेजों के अनुसार अभी आपकी उम्र 18 वर्ष ही है, तो मेरा मानना है कि आप अभी अपनी मर्जी से विवाह करने योग्य नहीं हैं ।

The age for marriage in hindu law is 21 and 18 for not and girl respectively. The age proof must be supported by documents. Any marriage below minimum age will be voidable. There is no restriction to marry a girl who is older to you but you must attain minimum age as per hindu law.

No, there is no illegality if you take that girl as your bride after marrying to her. The girl is above the age of majority so she is free to lead her life according to her ways and any hindrances in her life would be deemed to be infringement of her personal liberty.
