No question of living anybody arises without due process of law.As you have not divorce you first wife and have entered in to second marrige Your first wife only has write to file a complaint gor bigamy no one else.You second wife can not enjoy the status of wife at best she is you companion,keep.The kid out of this Union would have all the rights

Yes you can leave her because your second marriage is void. In legal way accoolrding to hindu marriage act you cannot get marriage without giving divorce to your first spouse.....
