Hello, can I get married in any court in India? I'm staying in Mumbai, but I want to get court married in Bengaluru. Would it be possible?

Dear Sir, To get marry in Bengaluru one of the couple must have address proof in Bengaluru City. You may change your Aadhar card address to Bengaluru City and then get marry. If it is between two different religion then you have to get marry under the provisions of Special Marriage Act. Mandatorily two local witnesses are necessary.

You have to get married in your jurisdictional registrar office. If your marrying outside your jurisdiction also means that you have to intimate your jurisdiction registrar and attach your application outside your concerned jurisdictional magistrate office notice board for 30 days for objections if any.
