As your parents have expired , the properties which are made by your parents or the ancestral property can be claimed by you if your parents have not made any testamentary will against you. For that need to check all documents.
All the best !

How old were you when you signed the NOC and affidavit. ? You can go for a compensation claim ,if you can prove what you say and also prove defense grounds taken in the facts and circumstances of your case.
