Can I Challenge Mothers Will ?

After my father died my mother and elder brother brother sold his ancestral property and bought new property in which i ,elder and my mother are three equal share partner and undivided...ow my mother is not including me in her will after her death she is giving her share to elder brother ...what can i do, can i challenge the will?

good evening greetings of the day. legally you have right in the ancestor property. so yes you can challenge the will of your mother because the property owned by your mother is by selling the property of ancestor. for further query feel free to contact me.

First of all, in ancestral property, you will have equal share, so you should have challenged that. Second, you can file a complaint and civil suit against your mother and brother as they have first misappropriated ancestral property in their name and then took it away from you.
