you cannot put husband's relatives property for attachment, you can file a case of impotency and can have the test of impotency and if it is found that he is impotent then the court will naturally grand you divorce, i suggest along with ground of impotency if you are sure also file on any other grounds available like, cruelty and desertion.

Respected You can seek for divorce under Impotencny but you should prove the same either by medically or circumstantial evidence. Other wise it is difficult. You cannot attach husbands relative property. If ok Contact us or already contacted other resepctive advocate please igonore this message.
