Can I approach women's cell in this situation

08-Jun-2023 (In Family Law)
Husband filed rcr on false allegations and he himself abandoned and filed rcr at his home town, I sent my advocate by defending the rcr and judge asked us to appear in front of him without any cross examination, he is not willing to come to hearing as his intension is make me suffer by roaming. Now at this stage can I lodge dv against him and his family members as they are creating hindrances to my job by asking me to come to hearing? As respondent underwent dv and it has been clearly shown in my counter for rcr, can I lodge complaint on dv at women's cell , as my lawer is advising going for dv may effect us as he filed rcr, but I can't suffer this by roaming to courts and he accused ie petitioner was enjoying by not attending, he is doing all this coz my mil necked me away to give either divorce to his son or else u may suffer legally we will make u roam to courts and u won't have mental peace. Can I approach women's cell or shall I lodge a complaint in NCWB ? Save my marriage?

Hi,
You have to make up your mind If you want a divorce or not.
You can file dv as interim relief.
We would work as per your demand .
Would ask for interim maintenance also.
Feel free to have a word with me.
All the best

The choice is completely in your hands if you feel that there are chances of reconciliation then do not file any other litigation and try to mediate and resolve the dispute,if you think that there are no chances of reconciliation then go ahead and file Domestic Violence and even a complaint under 498A. Please feel free to contact for further details.
