Can divorce case be put on hold till interim maintenance appeal i

My daughter filed a application under section 24. Same was rejected by family court here at Meerut city.
She filed appeal in high court allahabad.
Appeal is admitted by high court allahabad. Notice issued to the opposite party.
Now my question is whether the case of diverse be put on hold till final decision of high court on appeal of section 24.
Hindu marriage act .
no sec 24 has nothing to do with the decree of divorce . sec 24 is separate from sec13 and can be filled before or after the divorce so whatever your apeal is the case of divorce should not be put on hold and if family court does so then you can go in revision against the such hold.

Who has filed the divorce case, your daughter or her husband? You can definitely seek adjournment in the divorce case as it won't be decided so early and moreover why do you want to linger on the final decision of the divorce case if they have decided to live separately?
