Sure,u can marry any person of any religion or caste.court is not a place to marry someone .The method to legally marry someone is through law and rules prescribed by special marriage act or after undergoing ceremonial rites of marriage prevalent in the society of either groom or bride.

Court marriage is a misnomer. such inter-caste or inter-religious marriages could be performed and registered before the designated Registrar of Marriages under the provisions of the Special Marriages Act. It is best that the proper procedure is ascertained from the local Registrar's Office.

The word used by you "Court marriage" is not in law. No such system also. You can register your marriage under "Special marriage Act" where a citizen of India, attained the age of 18 years can marry. Some procedure are to be completed as per the law, and you have to comply with that. After the procedure you will get a certificate of marriage.
