Can a married woman ask for maintenance from boyfriend for their child

02-May-2023 (In Family Law)
A child is born in Australia whose mother is australian, aged 48 and the father ia indian aged 21. The child was born under complicated circumstances where the father never wanted anything lik this from the beginning and was assured by the mother that this will not happen. When the woman found out about her pregnancy, father immediately told her to get it aborted but she did not. The woman was already married to an australian man and has a teenager son. She earns well and is very rich whereas the indian boy is jobless and has a weak financial background. Now the woman wants him to pay for child maintenance. So is there any chance that her claim for child maintenance gets rejected?

Sir firstly you have to reveal that whether that women is still in Australia or not because if she is in Australia then matter will be dealt with Australian law and if she is in India then you can approach the court with your condition for not giving maintenance.
