My friend has been falsely implicated in the 12 pocso act, 506,509,325IPC sections. It was a simple argument with a labor family in the vicinity which turned into fist fight and suddenly the labor girl (age 15 in the year 2015 and now married in the village) came in between and ended up getting hit on ear but police influence this labor family and put these charges against him and filed FIR. What to do?

Hi...I purchased a holiday plan from jukaso journeys on 6.8.17.till date I have not received the things which were promised to me at the time of membership...they are denying this fact because it was a verbal communication and we have nothing in written....I thought to go on a holiday trip that was also denied...reason unavailability though they promised that for any domestic holiday we need to tell them 7 days prior..I felt cheated and requested to cancel my membership...now they saw they would only refund 60% as we have cancelled it on 11 Th day of our membership...pl. help

Q: Legal requirements do DNA test to determine the father of the child

I am in my late twenties, and 90% sure that this person is my biological father, based on information by my mother. Have never met this individual. My mother has also had no contact with him since the pregnancy. On my birth certificate, father is listed as "Unknown". Are there any legal requirements for this person to do a DNA test to determine if he is the father? If so, how is this done? If not, is there any legal recourse to set up an independent party, such as county police, to relay information to said individual? Backstory is, I sent a letter to this individual recently which was received by I believe a relative who lives at the residence. They believed it was a scam and responded with a threatening tone if I tried to contact the individual again.

I got married to a girl at Pune. Court Marriage. Am Hindu. After one year, when I got the financial crunch, girl changed her mobile number and later her address also changed. I messaged her, but she never answered. Later after four years, I got married without divorce from first wife. After seven years, she needs compensation from me but not willing to live.
