I am 23years old and now i have some responsibilities so i want to free my mother from him or else i want my father free from her. The other issue is in this my father side relatives support my father as my grandfather had two wifes and they support my father that he will also have two wifes and my father torture my mother that i and my mother leave home And my father warned my motherside people that do anything what ever you want i wont leave her till death and my father warned me to leave home And we have a property in the name of my fathers

You are major and you and your mother have every legal right on his property. Regarding the issue he can not marry other woman with out getting divorce from your mother ( if you are Hindu by religion) . If he is harassing then give police complaint . If your mother gives then it is very valid and sympathetic. But, it is last resource.
