without before intimation and without writtern consent apcpdcl erected poles in my agricultural it’s useful for third party private persons ..we were approached DE ,Ae too change route map alignment to erect poles in side margin but they won’t response from last 6months ..that causes 3party farmers obstructed water from field channel .that’s causes 8acres of land now barren land

you have to submit your grievance in writing to the concerned authorities, if not solved, you can approach the courts seeking compensation damages and other reliefs, since the erection of poles are public purpose, you hv to approach the authorities first

Q: Pressure to withdraw DVC prior to final orders of mutual devorece

Wife filed dvc. Having all proofs. Husband filed RCR with false allegations. Now RCR at submission of witness stage in court. Now husband wants to covert RCR as request for mutual dvirse without any monitory benefits to wife and also with condition to close the DVC first. Our lawyers also insisting to filr a petition in court for withdrawal of dvc. Is it safe to do so prior to final oders of mutual devorse.

before filing mutual divorce petition itself, you hv to settle all your claims/ final settlement, once mutual divorce petition is filed, you can not reopen to your claims or complaints, all doors will be closed to you

window daughter will get share in that ancestral property being wife of the deceased son of the father, her right can not be seized off automatically by second marriage, she has to relinquish her rights in the family

Q: Neighbour blocking common passage by parking their vehicles

Dear Sir two of my neighbours r troubling my tenants common passage which is shared by all. They are parking their vehicles on the way creating and obstacle in the common passage. Informed police but no action has been taken by them. Pls advice how do i Make my case strong in the police station so that they take necessary action. All my papers r very clear.

it is purely a civil tort, if any hurt or criminal act is taken place then only u hv to approach the police, now u can file suit to remove that distrubance, once the court grants order, if any violation of court order, then u can seek police protection as well as breach of injunction

In a 420 case police seized my vehicle, I request to the court to return my property with section 451. Court ordered to submit surety. What kind of security should I produce

u hv to submit either cash surety by taking a FDR in the name of the court for the surety amount or u can produce third party with solvency certificate for the said amount, it is purely discretion of the court to accept or reject that surety
