Dear Sir two of my neighbours r troubling my tenants common passage which is shared by all. They are parking their vehicles on the way creating and obstacle in the common passage. Informed police but no action has been taken by them. Pls advice how do i Make my case strong in the police station so that they take necessary action. All my papers r very clear.

it is purely a civil tort, if any hurt or criminal act is taken place then only u hv to approach the police, now u can file suit to remove that distrubance, once the court grants order, if any violation of court order, then u can seek police protection as well as breach of injunction

Q: Return of property stuck in a police station

In a 420 case police seized my vehicle, I request to the court to return my property with section 451. Court ordered to submit surety. What kind of security should I produce

u hv to submit either cash surety by taking a FDR in the name of the court for the surety amount or u can produce third party with solvency certificate for the said amount, it is purely discretion of the court to accept or reject that surety

Q: Clarification on recovery of money through promissory note

Hi, My father friend has took a money of 20k in the year of 2014 january from my father. Now my father is a paralytic patient and not in consious to talk.. And recognize peoplr.. Father friend is lieing the he has given money to my father....i have promisory note.. Of him.. Can u help me... I need this money for my dad hospitalization

U can sue the borrower for recovery of money basing on the promissory note which is with u, without any receipt to the return amount, ur father friend can not succeed, u simply file suit without giving any notice

My parents passed away and we are 4 brothers. no other relatives and their problem is we have house and house belong to paper we don't have and house in name of father and we are paying all house taxs in the name of my father and we loss house paper during housing shifting and even don't have photocopy also now we have electricity bill and property tax we pay all years receipts pl how to procedure and what solution their and even registration paper not their and number also pl tell what i should do?

Do not worry, first note down the surye no. Of ur house in which it was located and enquire in the registrar office whether there is any document registered with that sy. No. And get duplicate copy, if nothing is available u hv to approach the court to declare u as owner with available tax receipts

Respected sir/madam, I am hear to discuss about our family problems. Previously my father is in a relationship with other women from 20 years and then we already warned him and the relatives and head of the family members said to wait so that he will change and till today it is not changing it’s going very seviour so that he is telling that he will marry her and he also saying that my mother and me must go outof the house.
