Can a Hindu girl and Muslim boy get married under Special marriage act

Sir,whether a Hindu girl and Muslim can do register marriage because both the families are not accepting for the marriage .But we have only limited period of time with one or two months can we complete the formalities.

yes you can get married under the Special Marriages Act.Yes the time duration is mentioned by you is more than sufficient to be married .You can contact the person who are in the experienced handling this

Yes you can marry, There are no impediment for inter caste marriage, but both of you must have attained majority. Further there are certain formalities have to be complied legally prior to the registration. Within two months all formalities are likely to be completed provided if no one objected your wedding after public notification. Sir, yes if you both are major it is possible under special marriage act. If you both possess the required original records for age proof and address proof, We could complete the entire formalities within two months from the date of initiation of registration process before the concerned Registrar office.

You can get married under the Special Marriage Act. It will take about 35 days to get married. But the Registrar Office will exhibit the Marriage Notice on the notice board. So you must try to get the marriage registered in some other place where your relative and your wife's relative will not come to know about the marriage.
