My humble salutations and respects to you and your family, One can assign a power of attorney to a practising advocate in Hon'ble Calcutta High Court, to liasion with the Kolkata Municipal Corporation area ward inspector to file a caveat in this regard. Further details are also avaiable in Kolkata Municipal Corporation website for further queries. Many thanks

First of all if your second mother in law is not providing you with the death certificate of your father in law, then you can apply for a duplicate death certificate in the municipality death certificate department of your district by fulfilling all the formalities. If you want to find out the deeds of a property in Kolkata then you are required to make property searching in the Registry Office stating all the details of the property you are searching for. Thanks.
