Call / notice from mahila thana

Hi, i have received a notice from mahila thana to get counseled where my wife approached there and complained, i stay in other state, how to proceed further.

To proceed further, you will have to attend the Mahila Thana Counseling Session.

There is no other way, you cannot avoid call of the Mahila Thana.

Even if they register a case against you, you will get chance to appear before the Court and to apply for bail. You will get bail in this case, so don't worry.

there is nothing to worry about ladies police stations they don't have any right to arrest and do any investigation in the matter there role is only to make sattlement between the parties they may record the statement of both parties and and agree to live togather then it's ok and if not they may forward case to court for steelment

आपकी वाइफ ने महिला थाना में आप के विरुद्ध जरूर कोई शिकायत की होगी इसमें थाने में आपको काउंसलिंग के लिए बुलाया गया हो तो आप बता सकते हैं कि आप दूसरे राज्य में जॉब करते हैं और छुट्टी लेकर ही आ सकते हैं इसमें आपको बाध्य नहीं किया जाएगा लेकिन काउंसलिंग के लिए आपको एक बार जाना चाहिए। काउंसलिंग में जाकर आप पुलिस के सामने अपने इश्यूज (पक्ष) अच्छी तरह से रख सकते इससे पुलिस को आपका मामला समझने में आसानी होगी और आप के विरुद्ध कोई भी कार्यवाही करने से वह बचेंगे।
