Call from Mahila Help line Dheradun

I received a call from Mahila Help line Dheradun to appear on 15 Oct for counselling as my wife has filled a compliant.
No address nothing else mentioned.
I called back to provide the details of the complaints..address where to be present.
They refused to provide the complaint details and provided the address as SSP office dheradun.
How can i ask for the copy of the complaint.
I am afraid of going there..can I avoid this call / visit.
you have no need to be afraid , if you dont wanna avoid you can, but there is some issue may b occured , what kind of complaint she has filed against you, so you meed to come to my office, then we can fully discuss about thia case.
