Brutal beating by juvenile daughter

My Brother in law and his wife is being brutally beaten by their 15 yrs old daughter for demand of money. How to get legal assistance, if any.

both of them can file a case in court under juvenile law where your daughter shall be given a order by court to take to the juvenile cell for corrective measures of the minor girl i am sure its a psychological issue which needs to dealt properly
